We are a small Daventry firm doing patios, drives, walls and full gardens across three counties. We need people who want to be good at it.

- Work all year — we do not lay people off in winter
- Van pick-up from Daventry for early starts
- PPE and tools provided
- Tickets paid for (CSCS, CPCS, first aid) once you have proved yourself
- Overtime available, never expected on Sundays
Open roles
Four ways in.
- 01
Landscaper
Experienced in paving, walling or groundworks. You can read a drawing, set out a patio and run a small job without being watched.
- 02
Groundworker / machine operator
Comfortable on a 1.5–3 tonne digger and dumper. CPCS or NPORS a bonus, not essential if you can prove you can drive one.
- 03
Labourer
No experience needed. Turn up on time, graft, and want to learn the trade. Most of our landscapers started here.
- 04
Apprentice
School leaver or career change. Learn paving, walling, turfing and groundworks on real jobs with a college day release.
